TR4010, TR4012 | Embedded PC Training: Commissioning and maintenance

The course aims are handling and diagnostics of the CX Embedded PC during commissioning and maintenance. An optional additional day is available for further programming information. The course is aimed at commissioning and maintenance personnel.

• commissioning of the CX at the programming PC, establishing a connection, network settings
• introduction to the TwinCAT System Manager, config and freerun mode with prepared example programs: control of the CX display, data remanence, reloading of the PLC source code from the CX, project comparison
• outlook: additional functions and application options of the CX: communication options, positioning, HMI options
• introduction to positioning with TwinCAT, procedure for setting up and optimising axes
• guided tour through existing PLC programs for axis control, reduced programming, TwinCAT NC Scope for axis control

TR4012 includes, in addition, an overview of Structured Text programming (1 day).
